Participation in training and competitions is at the student’s own risk.
Students/parents must inform the academy about any medical conditions before joining.
Winner Silambam Academy is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence, improper practice, or failure to follow instructions.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
The academy does not store card, UPI, or banking details.
Class timings, trainers, or schedules may change due to events, competitions, or unavoidable circumstances.
The academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes when required.
All content, logos, images, videos, and training material belong to Winner Silambam Academy and may not be copied or used without permission.
The academy reserves the right to refuse service or terminate admission without prior notice if terms are violated.
